- Campus-wide call for preliminary proposals
- Informational sessions via Zoom on constructing a competitive preliminary proposal
- Preliminary proposals reviewed by Strategic Plan Action and Resource Committee (SPARC)
- SPARC makes recommendations to the provost for evaluation
- Selected projects invited to submit full applications
- Full applications reviewed by SPARC
- Recommendations are submitted to the president for approval
- Recommendations are submitted to the P3 Strategic Initiative Fund Board for review and endorsement
- Selected applications notified and announced
- Review of funded projects conducted
- Maintain campus-wide updates of funded projects
